Diamond Green is a mixed-use modular development with a 344 bed apartment building targeted towards the students of Temple University. The project is prominently located on land purchased from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, adjacent to the SEPTA regional rail lines between Temple Station and the Temple Football team’s practice field. The proposed development uniquely combines a conventionally constructed commercial ground floor with four stories of modular dwelling units above. At the time, it was the largest modular construction project in the history of the city.
