David Schmauk

David has over two decades of experience in the design and management of a broad range of project types, but his specialty lies in mixed-use and residential architecture and design. He believes in working closely with clients to understand and prioritize their goals at the project inception as an effort for the design not only to be beautiful, but also feasible. He is passionate about detailing and material selection because they both can have a significant impact on the longevity of a project. David also manages the firm’s strategic planning and new business development. In his spare time, David trains for marathons, woodworks in his basement shop, and spends time with his young family.
