Early in his career, Al fostered an interest in planning architecture. He founded Research Planning Associates in 1985, and then Wulff Architects in 1992. Al’s expertise lies in programming, planning and design for commercial offices and healthcare. His award-winning office designs have made him well-known in the corporate real estate community, especially in suburban markets. His most recent work has expanded the firm into the healthcare market, specializing in ambulatory surgery centers. During his free time, Al enjoys collecting art and sculpture, vacationing in Maine, and beating players half his age at squash.
