The complete renovation of this 216,000 sf, 1960’s Skidmore Owings and Merrill building represented the first phase in Wulff Architects, Inc.’s design for the Hopewell Business Campus (totaling 6 buildings and 800,000 sf).  Everything was removed from this building down to the existing structure.  All new MEP systems, roof, and exterior wall systems were installed to create an A-level corporate office environment.  The lobby, elevators, stairs, toilet rooms, and core areas were designed for maximum flexibility and efficiency and incorporate an upscale corporate aesthetic.
