Arch Street is a turn of the century industrial building, prominently located in the Logan Square neighborhood in Philadelphia.  After many years of neglect, the building was purchased, rehabilitated and successfully converted into a mixed-use development by Oren’s Brothers Real Estate.  This 350,000 square foot building features 12 stories of high-end, loft style residential, commercial and retail condominiums.  The 170 dwelling units all feature huge expanses of glass with ceiling heights of at least 13 feet.
